    1/2 pound ground beef
    1/2 pound turkey
    9 lasagna noodles, uncooked
    2 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
    1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
    15 ounce part skim ricotta cheese
    1 Tbsp dried parsley
    1 egg, beaten
    24 ounce Sockaroni spaghetti sauce
    8 ounce tomato sauce (no salt)
    1 cup water
    2 cups Spinach


Brown, drain, and rinse ground beef and ground turkey. Mix 1 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, parsley, and egg. Add spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce, and water to meat. Layer 1 cup meat sauce, 3 noodles, 1/3 ricotta mixture, spinach. After 3rd layer top with extra meat sauce, extra mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
