Ingredients

    1/2 cup Corn Meal
    1/4 cup cassava meal
    2 cups water

Tips

serve with relishes, such as cooked kale, beans and perhaps meat gravy or fish soup.

Directions

Make a paste by mixing 1/4 cup of corn flour with cold water
-boil the rest of the water
-add paste to boiling water
-stir and let to simmer for 10 minutes
-add the remainder of the corn flour and stir to a thick paste
-cover and simmer for 3 minutes
-add 1/4 cup of cassava meal and stir in the thick paste
-cover and simmer for 3 minutes
-stir and serve after simmering for 3 minutes
