Introduction

Number of Servings: 27

Ingredients

    2 C rolled oats
    3/4 C ground flax
    1/4 C chia seeds or millet
    1/2 C dried cherries (or other fruit), chopped
    1/4 C sunflower seeds, or other nuts
    1 C peanut butter
    3/4 C honey or maple syrup (I combine both)
    1 T coconut oil (optional)

Tips

You could add quite a few variations on this. Play around with it. :)


Directions

Mix first five ingredients in a bowl.

In a small bowl, add honey and coconut oil. Microwave 10 - 20 seconds, just enough to warm it and melt the coconut oil.

Add peanut butter and honey mix to dry ingredients, and mix thoroughly. Use a really strong spoon, or your hands.

Press tightly into a 913 pan. Refrigerate 1 hour, then cut into pieces. I cut 9 across and 3 down. Wrap with plastic wrap and store. I store mine I'm the fridge.
