Ingredients

    3 Large Tomatoes
    1 Small onion
    3 tbsp chopped cilantro
    2 Limes
    Salt


Directions

You can make this as chunky as you want. Chop tomatoes, onions, and cilantro. Place these ingredients in a bowl. Cut limes in half and squeeze juice in the bowl. Tip: Roll your limes before cutting it to extract as much juice as possible. Add salt. Stir. TRY ALSO: You could add this to smashed avocados to make Guacamole, or add fresh ripe mangos to make a mango salsa.
