delicous! i used a whole banana instead of half and subsitituded cocoa with nestle choc milk syrup (added a touch after i already blended milkshake) i also added 3/4 cup of ice. Instead of having it 2 servings i drank it all as a meal. delicous! - 3/1/10

It's delicious. I recently started using almond milk and decided to use the recipe calculator to figure the calories in the recipe. Came up with quite a few more calories -- so checked the calories in your recipe. The peanut butter and banana calculations are too low. Am I missing something? - 7/23/14

Very good. BUT, this is for 2 servings, so at 315 calories, I think I'll save this for a cheat day.

Someone must be reading my mind as many smoothies like this one I've been
making with same or similar ingredients. I loved peanut butter and chocolate so
this is a winner, I just use plain coco powder sweetened with stevia and sometime
a bit of honey too for more flavor. All else same and thanks
