Ingredients

    Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    Egg White--All Whites 100% liquid egg whites
    Spinach, fresh
    Red Ripe Tomatoes
    Dried Onion Flakes (by ROBINSON29)

Tips

You can use all egg whites if you desire. I like adding one regular egg to give it color. If you add additional ingredients be sure to add their nutritional info to this basic recipe.


Directions

Whip egg and egg white in a bowl. Once well mixed pour into a pan heated to medium/high that has been well sprayed with Pam spray. As the eggs are cooking, add your veggies and other desired ingredients on top of the egg mixture. Once the egg is cooked (firm) throughout, flip in half and slide out onto your plate. Enjoy!
