Ingredients

    Banana, fresh
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw

Tips

Don't use over-ripe bananas or your pancakes will be more like bread pudding.

The riper your bananas, the sweeter and more banana-y your pancakes will be.


Directions

Mash banana and eggs together until well blended.

Pour about 1/4 cup of mixture onto hot griddle. Cook until edges are dry (about 3 min on low heat). Flip and cook until golden brown (about 2 min on low heat).

Plate and serve with your favorite toppings (not included in calorie count)
