Ingredients

    2.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, mashed
    2.25 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)
    6 tsp packed Brown Sugar
    2 tsp Baking Soda
    .5 tsp Salt

Directions

Whisk all dry ingredients together. Make a hole in the middle, then add the milk and mashed banana. Mix until combined, and all dry spots are gone. Scoop out about 1/3 for each pancake and cook on medium heat on a non-stick griddle pan, flipping when bubbles start to appear.

Serving Size: Makes 12-13 pancakes
