Ingredients

    8 gram Boullion Tones Beef Base 1 tsp/ 6g (by NOVASCOTIAJ)
    24 tsp Bragg's Liquid Amino Acid (by RAVON27)
    .25 cup Flour, white
    2 tbsp Cilantro, raw
    2 serving Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips
    1.5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    500 grams Beef, bottom sirloin, tri-tip roast, trimmed
    1.5 c. water

Directions

Saute veg and beef in a small amount of cooking oil until beef is browned as desired. In a bowl, mix flour and all liquids together. Pour over the veg and beef in the pan, stir occasionally and heat until bubbly. Serve hot over rice or cabbage.
