Ingredients

    1/2 banana
    1 handful blueberries (about 1/4 C)
    2 T ground flax seed
    1 C milk (I use whole can use other types or plain yogurt
    1 t. vanilla extract
    4 cubes ice
    1 pkg splenda sweetener

Directions

throw all the ingredients into blender or smoothie maker & mix on highest speed til ice is crushed & thick about 30-60 seconds.
