    2 pounds Ground Turkey
    1 onion (chopped)
    1 can Tomato paste (large can- 3/4 is mixed in 1/4 can be placed on top)
    1 tbsp or so of Worcestshire sauce
    a sprinkle of garlic (as you like)
    1 cup of bread crumbs (+/- based on consistency)


Mix turkey, onion, tomato paste, worcestchire sauce, and garlic powder together well. Add bread crumbs in until loaf holds together. Place in a pyrex container and cover. Cook 45 minutes at 350. Makes approximately 8 1-cup servings (more depending on the size of onion and bread crumbs).
