    1 cup Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    2 tsp Garlic
    2 tbsp Basil
    1 gram Herb - Oregano, Dried (1 tsp) (by SNCNFC)
    1 tsp Paprika
    6 serving Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato
    .5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    4 slice (1-3/8" dia x 1/8" thick Pepperoni


go half and half of quinoa and riced cauliflower to give yourself more veggies. Add and subtract pizza flavours as you want them.
Great for freezing.


Cooked the quinoa, let cool slightly in mixing bowl
preheat oven to 350
Add the remaining ingredients to mixing bowl and stir to mix.( I added the eggs last just to make sure they didnt start to cook in the bowl)
Divide into a greased muffin tin (I used a mini loaf pan) and bake in oven for 15 to 20 minutes
Add or subtract what you want your pizza flavours to be.
Next time Im going to try going half and half of quinoa and riced cauliflower just to add more veggies
