    4 tbsp Kerrygold Irish Butter - melted
    5.3 tbsp Coconut flour - raw, organic (Coconut Secret)
    4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    4 oz Raw Sharp Cheddar Cheese - shredded (about 1 cup)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    0.25 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt (by WJHUNTER)
    .25 tsp Baking Powder
    .25 tsp Garlic powder


Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper (easier than greased foil!)
Whisk together eggs, butter, salt, garlic. Add coconut flour & baking powder; whisk until no lumps.
Shred cheese; fold in (about 1 cup).
Drop batter using ice cream scoop - 1.5 oz size.
Bake 15 minutes, until lightly browned.
Cool in pan 5-10 minutes before removing/ serving. Cool thoroughly before storing to retain crispness.

Serving Size: Makes 8 small biscuits
