Ingredients

    1.125 cup Brown Rice, medium grain
    2.5 tbsp Vinegar - Natural Rice Vinegar (Nakano)
    1.5 tbsp Olive Oil
    .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    .125 tsp Cumin seed
    .25 tsp Salt
    1 cup Baby Arugula Salad (Earthbound Farm)
    3 tbsp chopped Fresh Chives
    .5 tsp Paprika

Tips

Cook time varies by rice cooker.


Directions

Put rice and spices in a rice cooker and follow rice cooker directions. Once rice is cooked, mix oil and vinegar together and stir into rice. Fold in arugula and chives and serve immediately.
