Introduction
This is a soup concentrate, so after making this you will mix 1 cup of H-Burn Soup concentrate with 1 cup of water. So each serving is then 2 cups when consumed. Ingredients

6 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
9 serving Celery (organic) 1 stalk (by REDACTIONS)
6 cup Green Beans, FreshCut, Cut Green Beans, No Salt Added
6 clove Garlic
9 medium Zucchini, baby
3 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
3 cup Parsley
1.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
.5 tsp Salt
Tips
This is great to keep you going in-between meals, between breakfast & lunch, lunch & dinner. I have eating this hot as a soup & also as a drink cold. It does help stave off hunger & is good for you.
Directions
Place water(use filtered water if possible) and roughly chopped celery, chopped green beans and smashed garlic in a stockpot & cook for 5 min. Add the sliced zucchini, button mushrooms, parsley & onions & cook until tender (7-10 min?)
Let cool and pure'e in a blender, vitamix is awesome for this if you have one, or blend in the pot using an immersion blender. When serving dilute this concentrate with equal amounts of water. You can portion it out & freeze, or keep some in the fridge, use not frozen up within 5 days.
