Introduction

I actually use almonds that I'd already used to make almond milk... Why throw them away? Just spread them out on a baking sheet and cook-dry them at 200F after making the milk and before using them this way I actually use almonds that I'd already used to make almond milk... Ingredients

    1 cup, ground Almonds
    2 cup, pitted, chopped Dates
    113 gram(s) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, Cinnamon Brown Sugar - Canada 2015 16g/1tbsp

Tips

try this with other dried fruit, nuts or flavours of cream cheese. I'm thinking dried apricots, pecans and goat cheese or plain cream cheese next time..


Directions

Combine well in bowl using either a pastry knife or your hands, scoop 2tbsp and roll into balls. Place on cookie sheet and freeze individually for 1 hour then remove into plastic bags to store

Serving Size: makes 12, 2tbsp balls
