Ingredients

    142 gram(s) Natural Sea Chunk Light Tuna (by CHICKIE485)
    425 gram(s) Bush's Best Cannellini Beans - White Kidney Beans (1/2 cup, 130 grams, 3.5 servings per container)
    1 tbsp, drained Capers, canned
    2 tbsp Pompeian Gourmet Red Wine Vinegar 1tbsp
    0.25 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz)
    1 cup, chopped or sliced Red Ripe Tomatoes
    4 cup Arugula

Directions

In a large bowl, add the tuna, break into bite-size pieces with a large fork. Add the beans, capers, and the red wine vinegar.

Season with salt and pepper. Allow the flavors to infuse while slicing the vegetables. Add the onion and tomatoes to tuna mixture and toss gently.

Place the arugula on large decorative platter and top with tuna mixture. Tear fresh basil leaves over the top and serve immediately.
