Ingredients

453 grams Chickpeas - hydrdated (garbanzo beans)
1.5 fl oz Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Garlic powder
1.5 tsp Salt
5.33 tbsp Tahini
4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 cup of water

Directions
Step one, let chickpeas soak over night
Step two, boil chickpeas for 1.5-2 hours until edible but not mushy
Step three, Drain and let chickpeas cool to room temperature
Step four, In a large food processor, grind chickpeas, garlic and salt together into a gritty mix (About 4 rotations of grinding and pushing down with a spatula)
Step five, add Tahini, Lemon Juice and 1/2 cup water and grind and push down 3 more times, til it looks mostly fluid
Step six, with food processor running slowly add olive oil and let run for 30 more seconds.
Season with flavors of your choosing.
