Ingredients

1 tsp Garlic Salt
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tbsp Pepper, black
1 tsp Salt
3 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw
3 tbsp Olive Oil
2 cup Great Value Lactose Free Fat Free Milk
6 serving Kraft Stove Top Stuffing - Savory Herb (serving 1/6 box)(Dry Mix) (by BEAVER88)
4 serving Kroger Cut Green Beans (Frozen)
3 serving Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (4 oz raw) (by DEBBEV)
Tips
1.) Cutting the potaoes smaller will make mashing them easier.
2.) Take green beans out of the freezer the day before to make mixing easier.
3.) Adjust seasonings to you/your family's tastes.
Directions
1.) Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Make mashed potatoes as normal omitting butter and substituting olive oil and adding in stuffing mix with potatoes before mashing.
2.) Butterfly chicken then season with garlic salt, onion powder, and black pepper, then pan fry.
3.) Allow chicken to cool.
4.) Add frozen green beans to the Potato mixture.
5.) Cube the chicken into small cubes.
6.) Add chicken to potato mixture.
7.) Mix ingredients together with either your hands or a big spoon.
8.) Grease baking dish.
9.) Spoon potato mixture into baking dish and flatten top as much as possible.
10.) Bake dish for 15 minutes.
