A great all-in-one-bowl meal that everybody will love! Done in a flash! A great all-in-one-bowl meal that everybody will love! Done in a flash!
Number of Servings: 6


    Onion, 1 small, diced
    Diced canned tomatoes, 796 ml (1 big can)
    Mild Itatlian pork sausage - 4 or 5 sausages
    Spinach, fresh, 1 package (10 oz), chopped
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1/2 cup
    Short pasta, 450 grams (penne or rotini)
    Mozzarella cheese, grated, 1 cup


Cook the pasta as usual.
Scramble the sausage in a non-stick frying pan with the onion. Cook over medium heat until golden.
Add the drained (partially) tomatoes and cook until hot.
Add the chopped spinach and cook for 2 or 3 minutes, just until the spinach is tender.
Mix with the pasta, than add the cheeses.
