    1 lb ground turkey
    1 can Hunt's (R) Meatloaf RecipeTomato Sauce
    1-1 1/2 c raw diced potatoes (optional)
    1 small bottle/can mushrooms
    2 eggs beaten
    1 cup bread crumbs (plain or seasoned)


Combine 1/2 can of tomato sauce with all other ingredients and mix well. Put mixture into a small casserole dish or loaf pan, pat into a loaf like shape and bake for 50 min.
Drain (if necessary), top with 2nd half of tomato sauce and continue baking for an additional 10-15 minutes. Remove from oven, cut and serve. Makes approximately 8 servings.
