Introduction

These enchiladas are fairly easy to make and are a unique spin on an old favorite. These enchiladas are fairly easy to make and are a unique spin on an old favorite.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    8 oz Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese
    10 oz canned chicken
    8 oz can diced green chiles
    16 oz can green chile sauce
    1 cup Kraft Free shredded cheddar cheese
    1 package Mission whole wheat burrito style tortillas

Directions

Cube cream cheese.
Mix together chicken, cream cheese, green chiles, and half of the green chile sauce in a large pot and heat until cream cheese is melted.

Scoop desired amount into tortillas, sprinkle some shredded cheddar inside and roll. Place in large casserole dish.

If you have any left over filling, mix it with the rest of the green chile sauce and pour over the enchiladas. Sprinkle with any left over cheddar cheese and bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted.

Makes approximately 10- 2" x 8" enchiladas.
