Ingredients

    1 lb cooked chicken breast cut into chunks
    1 package (8oz) fat free cream cheese cut into cubes
    1 can (4.5 oz) chopped green chiles
    1 package wheat low carb tortilla taco size 12 count
    2 cans (10 oz) old el paso green chili enchilada sauce
    3/4 cup grated low fat cheddar cheese

Directions

heat oven to 400
lightly spray a 13 by 9 baking dish with cooking spray.
in a skillet warm chicken over medium high heat. add cream cheese and chiles, reduce heat to medium and stir until combined and cheese has melted.
Spoon chicken mixture into tortillas, roll up and place in the pan. Pour both cans of green chile enchalada sauce over enchaladas and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes until hot through out.
