Introduction

Ingredients

    Mix wet ingredients first in small bowl:
    1 serving Banana
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 tbsp Vanilla extract
    1 stick Butter, unsalted & softened

    In large bowl, mix dry ingredients:
    2 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry)
    1 cup King Arthur 100% Unbleached White Whole Wheat Flour
    1 cup, packed Raisins
    3 tbsp Hershey's Cocoa 100% cacao Special Dark
    .5 cup, sliced Almonds
    .5 cup, chopped Walnuts
    3 tbsp chia seeds
    1 tbsp Cinnamon, ground
    0.6 gram(s) Arm & Hammer Baking Soda
    0.25 tsp Salt
    12 serving Muscle tech chocolate whey protein (use measure cup provided in package)

    Pour wet ingredients into dry. Mix. If it's too stiff to turn, add 1 Tbs. water at a time. Mix should be sticky at finish. Drop by spoonfuls onto an u greased baking sheet. Cook 12 to 15 minutes. The smell will tell you they are done!
    Remove from oven. Let set a minute on sheet, lift with spatula to wire rack & allow to cool completely (if you don't eat them first).

Tips

Only natural sugars in the fruits used. No added sugars. Recipe has 12g carbs per serving.


Directions

375 F preheated oven. Cook till just brown on bottom. Cool on wire rack.

Serving Size: Makes 36 cookies about 1 1/2" wide. Can make larger or smaller to taste.
