    1/2 cup Splenda
    2 T. Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
    1/4 cup applesauce
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1/4 teaspoon almond extact(optional)
    2 egg white
    1 cup all-purpose flour
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips


1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
2. Stir together Splenda, Splenda brown sugar blend, applesauce, vanilla extract, and egg white until smooth. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt; stir into the batter until moistened. Mix in chocolate chips last. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
3. Bake in preheated oven until golden brown, 8 to 10 minutes.
