Ingredients

    3 cup Beans, black
    1 cup slices Beets, boiled
    3 clove Garlic
    1 tbsp Tahini

Directions

Place cooked beans, garlic, tahini, and beets in a blender or food processor. Whizz into a paste. If you need a little extra fluid to make it work, the liquid from canned beets or beans works well.

Salt to taste. If using salted beans, you might not need any. Cumin or pepper to taste may also be added. If you have no tahini, any nut or seed butter or whole nuts or seeds may be added.

Serving Size: Makes approximately 16 1/4-cup servings
