Introduction
Can probably be lightened by switching out the whole milk for skim and cutting down on the cheese, but I haven't tried it yet! Pretty delicious, though. Ingredients

2 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
8 oz Hodgson Mill Whole Wheat Whole Grain Bow Tie Pasta (by CAJUNSPINNERS)
2 1tsp Olive Oil
0.188 cup Flour, white
1 tsp Garlic
1 cup Dairy, Milk - Whole - 1 cup
1 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth
.75 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
0.5 package (10 oz) yields Spinach, frozen
Directions
Cook chicken using favorite method. Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, heat large, non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil to pan; swirl to coat. Add flour and garlic; cook until garlic is browned, stirring constantly (be careful not to burn it!). Add milk and broth, stirring with a whisk; bring to a simmer, and cook 2 minutes or until thickened. Add cheese, stirring until cheese melts. Add spinach; cook and stir until spinach is heated through. Add pasta and chicken; toss to combine.
