Ingredients

    4 link, 4/lb Italian Sausage, pork
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    3.5 cup 365 Organic Diced Tomatoes
    3.5 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
    .75 cup Brown Rice Mahatma Natural Whole Grain Rice (1/4 cup)
    .75 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    1 tsp Turmeric, ground
    1 tsp Cumin seed
    .5 tsp Pepper, black
    2 tsp Salt
    8 cup Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free
    8 cup, chopped Kale
    .5 cup Parsley
    8 tbsp Cilantro, raw
    1 cup Lentils

Directions

Sweat the sausage, onions, celery & tomatoes in oil for 5-10 minutes.
Add the lentils, garbanzos, spices & tomatoe paste and cook for 5 minutes.
Add broth & kale and cook for 30 minutes.
Add the chopped parsley & cilantro and serve.
