    1 cup of chilled green tea
    2 cup Spinach, fresh
    1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    1 serving 1 Tbs. chpped fresh mint (by ANEWAY)
    1 tsp Ginger Root
    1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, frozen
    1 serving EAS whey protein - 1 scoop=30gr or 23gr of dry powder = protein and 130 calories

Directions

Place ingredients in blender in order listed. Blend until smooth
