Introduction

A great change to the hum drum every day salad. A great change to the hum drum every day salad.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 medium Cucumbers (peeled)
    approx. 1 tbsp Vinegar, Red Wine (to taste)
    1/2 Red Onion Slices
    approx. 2 tbsp Mayonaise (to taste)
    garlic salt to taste
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste

Directions

Slice the peeled cucumbers and onion as thin as possible and place all in a serving dish. A long flat dish is best, as it allows the ingredients to all get down in the marinade. Add the vinegar and mayo and mix well. Add in spices. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and place in fridge to marinate. The marinade will be thin at first but will get creamy as time goes on. It needs to set in the fridge at least a couple of hours. Add more spices and/or marinade as needed. The flavor will higthen as it sits.
