    3/4 cup Minute Rice
    3/4 cup water
    1/2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon granules
    1.5 tsp. margarine
    2.5 cups coarsley chopped broccoli
    6 TBS. chopped red or green bell peppers


In a 1 qt. casserole with lid, add rice, water, and bouillon. Stir well.

Next add broccoli and bell peppers. Dot with margarine.

Place lid on casserole. Cook for 5 1/2 minutes on high in microwave. DO NOT REMOVE LID! Let set for 3 to 5 minutes until all liquid is absorbed.
