Ingredients

    1 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    0.12 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    2 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, unsalted

Directions

mix together cooked rice and egg
form into balls
dust with flour
press into pattys
brown in skillet with melted butter.
