    4 3oz filet of Salmon (bone removed)

    1 1/2 tblsp Dijon Mustard

    3 tblsp Pure Honey


Mix honey and dijon well. Place Salmon on baking dish. Brush honey and dijon glaze over salmon. Bake at 350 for 10 min. Brush with more glaze and check for doneness. Serves 4.
