Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 C unsalted butter
    1/2 C olive oil (or oil of your choice)
    1 3/4 C sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 C nonfat sour milk
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp cloves
    2 C grated or diced zucchini
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/4 or 1/2 C chocolate chips
    4 tbsp baking cocoa
    2 1/2 C whole wheat flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions

Cream sugar, butter, eggs, oil and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together then add to cream mixture alternately with the milk.
Stir in the zucchini. Put in a 9x13 inch greased pan. Top with chocolate chips. Bake at 325 F for 45 minutes.
