Ingredients

    1 serving El Pollo Loco, 6 inch corn tortilla
    1 cubic inch Cheddar Cheese
    1 slice, large (1/4" thick) Onions, raw
    1 container (4 oz) Yogurt, plain, low fat
    1 tbsp Salsa
    0.5 cup, shredded Romaine Lettuce (salad)
    2 tbsp Kraft Ranch Salad Dressing

Directions

Warm shredded tortilla on a dry skillet, top with shredded lettuce, and slice onion. Mix together Yogurt, Salsa and Ranch Dressing. Top with cheddar cheese , sliced or shredded.
