Ingredients

    32 oz hole Foods In-House Made Italian Chicken Sausage Hot or Mild
    16 oz Ground Chicken
    .5 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned
    .75 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    Add herbs as desired (parsley)

Directions

Mix ingredients. Roll into 2-inch balls. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes and finish braising in marinara sauce for 20-75 minutes. OR Bake at 375 for 35 minutes.
