Ingredients

    2 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    453 grams Red Potato
    2 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    4 clove Garlic
    48 oz Beef chuck, arm pot roast
    2 cup Hunt's Fire Roasted Diced Tomato
    2 tbsp Parsley
    2 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Pepper, black

Tips

Serve with steamed green beans


Directions

Put first 4 ingredients in crock pot. Add meat. salt, pepper and parsley. Pour Tomatoes over all. Cook 8-10 hrs on low or 4-6 hrs on high.
