Ingredients

    1 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    .1250 oz Feta Cheese
    .25 tsp Dill weed, dried
    1 slice Bread, rye

Tips

don't use too much broccoli


Directions

coat nonstick pan with cooking spray. add broccoli and cook 3 min. combine egg, feta and dill in small bowl. add to pan, cook 3-4 min, flip omelet and cook 2 min more or until done. serve with rye toast
