    6 oz (dry wt) fettuccine noodles
    7.5 oz cooked boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into pieces
    1 jar (454 grams) ragu light parmesan alfredo
    1 bag (454 grams) frozen broccoli cuts
    salt, pepper, garlic to taste


Boil noodles. Drain. While boiling noodles, steam broccoli. Drain. Add broccoli to noodles. Add cut-up chicken. Add alfredo sauce. Season to taste. Serve with salad or fruit (or garlic bread for the carb lover). Makes approx 6 1-cup servings.
