    4-pork chops, rinsed
    2c.-apple juice
    1tsp-ground mustard
    2tsp-brown sugar
    1tsp-cider vinegar


-Preheat oven to 375 degrees
-Place pork in the bottom of a shallow baking dish
-Sprinkle brown sugar and mustard on top of chops
-Mix vinegar and juice and pour mixture on the chops
-Cover tightly and cook for 1 hour
