Ingredients

    4 serving dried chopped dates-1/4 C /serv (by WENDI_WA1)
    2 serving White Sugar Bundaberg 4g - 1 tspn Cane Sugar
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    250 mL Instant Coffee

Directions

Soak dates overnight in sweetened hot coffee. Next morning mix through egg then flour, bake in greased loaf pan until golden and loaf has slightly shrunk from sides of pan.

Serve slices lightly buttered.
