Ingredients

    0.5 cup Libby's 100% Pure Pumkin (I freeze mine in an ice cube tray)
    1 medium Banana, frozen
    8 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla
    1 serving EAS whey protein - 1 scoop=30gr or 23gr of dry powder = protein and 130 calories
    1 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice

Tips

I like to freeze the pumpkin in ice cube trays, pop out & store the cubes in the freezer. 4 of my cubes equals 1/2 cup.


Directions

Place almond milk in blender, next the pumpkin, banana, spice & protein powder
