Ingredients

    16 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter (Dry Roasted Ground Peanuts)
    1 cup Coconut Oil
    .25 cup Almond Breeze Almond Coconut Milk Blend Unsweetened
    2 tbsp Pyure Stevia ( Adjusted for sugar alcohol) (optional)

    Chocolate Sauce
    2 tbsp Pyure Stevia ( Adjusted for sugar alcohol)
    2 tbsp Cocoa Powder, Hershey's Natural Unsweetened (unlisted nutrients estimated from USDA website)
    2 tbsp Coconut Oil

Directions

Mix first 3-4 ingredients. Line a pan with parchment ( I only had a loaf pan to use but you can use a square brownie pan if you have one). Put in freezer for about an hour and a half. Removed and slice into small bite sized pieces. Make chocolate sauce if desired ( not necessary) and drizzle. Store in closed container in fridge.
