    10'' sweet potato
    5 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 tsp. Splenda
    2 tsp. Country Crock with Calcium & Vitamins
    1 c. Lactaid FF milk


1. Boild the sweet potato until soft
2. Once the potatoe is finished boiling cut into smaller pieces and place in mixing bowl.
3. Add vanilla extract, splenda, butter, and milk to bowl.
4. Mix well.
5. Pour into a small casserole dish.
6. Bake in a preheated oven on 350degrees for about 45 minutes or until edges start to harden a little.

Makes approximately 10 1/4cup servings.
