Ingredients

    0.25 tsp Pepper, black
    0.50 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
    0.25 tsp Turmeric, ground
    0.50 tsp Salt
    1.50 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth
    1 fl oz Lemon Juice
    1 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower, raw
    1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    1 tsp Granulated Sugar
    6 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter (Dry Roasted Ground Peanuts)
    2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2 cup Libby's Pumpkin Puree
    74 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw
    16 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    3 tsp Garlic
    2 medium Carrots, raw
    2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" lon Celery, raw

Directions

Saute onions and chicken in olive oil. Add water and other vegetables. Once soft, add peanut butter and pumpkin and spices. Leave chunky or blend in food processor or with immersion blender.
