Introduction

Cheeseburger with no bun =-) Cheeseburger with no bun =-)
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb Ground beef
    8 oz Full Fat Cream Cheese
    2 cup Cheese Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    6 slices cut up in pieces
    1 can Canned Tomatoes ( any flavor will do)
    1 tsp Parsley, dried
    1 small onion diced
    Salt & pepper to taste
    1 small Onions, raw

Tips

I do not drain the bacon/beef but you can if you want less fat.


Directions

1. Add cut pieces of bacon to pan and cook to your desired consistency.
2. Brown ground beef in bacon and fat .
3. Lower temp to med, add cream cheese, parsley, salt , pepper, tomato stir until cream cheese is melted.
4. Lower to low add and mix shredded cheese and simmer for approx 20 minutes. ( you can add a bit of water if you see the mixture is drying up)
