    Jerk Chicken Sandwich:
    1 chicken breasts
    Cinnamon to taste
    Jamaican all spice to taste
    Scotch bonnet pepper puree to taste
    Soy sauce to taste

    Grilled Fruit:
    1 pineapple serving
    1 red banana serving
    Drizzle of maple syrup

    Bacon Mayonnaise:
    1 serving turkey bacon frozen
    1tbsp light mayonnaise

    Additional Ingredients:
    1 hamburger buns, grilled
    1/2 head lettuce
    1 tomato
    1/4 onion (marinated in sherry and salt)


Jerk Chicken Sandwich:
Marinate chicken breast with cinnamon, all spice, scotch bonnet pepper puree and soy sauce.

Grilled Fruit:
Grill pineapple and banana; brush with maple syrup.

Bacon Mayonnaise:
Chop frozen turkey bacon, microwave to cook and stir into mayonnaise.

Assemble Sandwich:
Add grilled bun to plate. Layer with lettuce, tomato, bacon mayonnaise, pickled onion
and jerk chicken. Serve with grilled fruit.
