Number of Servings: 36


    2 yeast cakes in 1/2 cup warm water
    2 eggs
    1 c hot water
    1 cup hot milk
    1 tablespoon salt
    2/3 c sugar
    1/4 c crisco
    1/4 c butter
    8 c flour


Mix yeast in 1/2 cup warm water. Add all ingredients, leaving the flour for last. Kneed until spring-y. Let rise in warm place for 45 min or until doubles in size. Kneed down again and seperate into rolls. Place in greased pan and let rise again. Raise temp in over to 375 and cook for 40 min, until golden brown. Makes 36 rolls. (about two 9x9 cake pans)
