Introduction

My mother-in-laws meatloaf - the only one I've ever liked! My mother-in-laws meatloaf - the only one I've ever liked!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    120 oz Ground beef, lean
    2 cup Cornflakes (by ESTIVAL)
    1 large Onions, raw
    1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
    2 cup Tomato Sauce
    4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw

Directions

Chop onions and pepper. Crush cornflakes. Mix onions, peppers, cornflakes, eggs, & ground beef well. Shape into a loaf in a large roaster. Pour tomato sauce over the top & cook at 400 degrees into the meatloaf reaches 165 degrees in the center.
