This is super quick when I don't feel like cooking. This is super quick when I don't feel like cooking.
Number of Servings: 2


    4 oz raw, deshelled, deveined tiger shrimp
    1 bag Deluxe Steamers, Spring Vegetables with Asparagus
    1 cup whole wheat spaghetti
    2 pats butter


Bring pot of water to boil. Make vegetables according to bag instructions (5 minutes in the microwave). Snap spaghetti in half and place in pot to boil. While pasta is boiling, melt 1 pat butter in frying pan over med-high heat. When butter is melted, saute shrimp approximately 2 minutes on each side. Set aside when done. Drain pasta. Toss vegetable bag contents and other pat of butter with pasta. Drain again. Pour into two bowls and divide shrimp on the top. Serve immediately.
